A trained Dream Ambassador visits a partner nursing facility and asks residents one question — "What dream are you still carrying?" The answer is documented with care and dignity.
The dream is entered into the ElderDreams National Connection Network — a database that searches every partner facility in America to find another elder who carries the same dream.
Both elders exchange handwritten letters over 2–4 weeks. By the time they meet, they already feel like they know each other. The connection begins before the dream is fulfilled.
Both elders experience their shared dream simultaneously — each in a beautifully prepared space, connected across any distance. Not a Zoom call. A real ceremony happening in two places at once.
Every fulfilled dream is documented with professional photography and video. Both families receive a legacy package — footage of their loved one experiencing joy they will treasure forever.
The dream event is the beginning, not the end. Matched elders continue to exchange letters and have regular video visits — a real human friendship that reduces isolation every day.

ElderDreams USA was founded in 2026 by Arthur Foster — a Las Vegas resident who knows from lived experience what it means to carry a dream alone, to feel unseen, and to wonder if anyone will ever ask what matters to you.
That personal mission drives every decision this organization makes. We are the first and only national nonprofit building a cross-facility matching database to connect elders through shared bucket list dreams.
In 28 years, no other organization built this infrastructure. We are building it from Day 1.
